What is a good push present?
Earrings and pendants are the most-given, since they avoid sizing and can be worn immediately and continuously. Diamond huggies, the Georgian cut-down pendant and the Forget Me Knot bangle are our most frequent choices in this category.
Can you gift wrap and include a handwritten note?
Every order arrives in our signature packaging, and a handwritten note can be included at checkout. Details are on our Gift Service & Packaging page.
What should I choose if I do not know her size?
Earrings and pendants avoid the sizing question entirely, which is why they are the most-given pieces in this edit. If a ring is what you want, our team can advise and adjust afterwards.
Can you deliver directly to the recipient?
Yes. Orders can be sent to an address other than the billing address. Our documentation is paperless, so as long as the order is placed using your own email address, no pricing information will be sent to the gift recipient.
Can a gift be exchanged if it is not right?
An exchange or full refund can be arranged within 14 days of delivery. We will only accept goods that we determine are unworn, undamaged and in the original Jessica McCormack box. Please be aware that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded. Full terms are on our Delivery & Returns page.
