Delivery & Returns

Delivery

For all orders express delivery is complimentary. We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase, unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification. Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

Shipping Methods

USA

Next Day - Order before 12pm for next day delivery. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday).

Sales tax is calculated at checkout for all USA orders. Taxes are non-refundable.

UK

Collect in Store (7 Carlos Place, London). Order before 12pm for next day collection (Monday- Friday). You will receive an email notification from one of our jewellery experts to arrange collection when your order is ready.

London Same Day (Zone 1-3). Order before 12pm for same day London (Zone 1-3) delivery (Monday - Friday).

Next Day. Order before 12pm for next day delivery. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following Business day (Monday – Friday).

International (Rest of World)

International Priority Express. Order before 12pm for next working day dispatch. 3-5 business days for EU. 5-7 business days for ROW orders.

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.

FedEx will request payment of customs duties, taxes, or processing fees as part of the delivery process. Depending on the circumstances, this payment may be required before delivery or invoiced after your shipment has been delivered. For any questions, please email enquiries@jessicamccormack.com


Duties & Taxes

For customers outside of the UK & USA, all orders are shipped with import duties & taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Rest of World:
Canada, Bahrain, Georgia, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Qatar, UAE.

Please note that even for countries which we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import. Returns

If you are unhappy with your Jessica McCormack online
purchase, please refer to our Terms & Conditions which provide for return option within 14 business days. Please contact us straightaway on (646) 590-4747 or enquiries@jessicamccormack.com with details of any return request. 

We will only accept goods that we determine are unworn, undamaged and in the original Jessica McCormack box. Please be aware that we cannot refund taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
