What is a Belcher chain?
Belcher is the British term for a chain of rounded interlocking links, known in the US as a cable chain. Ours are made in 18K yellow and rose gold, hand-finished in our workshop.
Is a chain included with a pendant?
Pendants are sold individually and fitted with an opening Albert swivel clasp, so they can be clipped onto a chain of your choosing. Chains and necklaces are listed separately within this collection.
Why are some pieces listed as "Price Available on Request"?
Certain one-of-a-kind and high jewelry pieces are priced individually based on the unique qualities of each stone. Our client team will gladly provide full details and pricing during your appointment.
Are your diamonds and gemstones certified?
Stones above 1ct carats are supplied with independent certification, and documentation is provided with your purchase. Our Diamond Buying Guide explains how cut, color, clarity and carat are assessed.
Can I see the collection in person before purchasing?
Pieces can be viewed at our New York Townhouse on Madison Avenue, and at our California store located in South Coast Plaza. We recommend booking an appointment so specific necklaces can be prepared for your visit.
What is your delivery and returns policy?
All deliveries are made free of charge via a specialist courier service. If you are not satisfied with an online purchase, an exchange or full refund can be arranged within 14 days. Full terms are in our Delivery & Returns page.
