Our South Coast Plaza store brings the world of Jessica McCormack to the West Coast. With a long-standing community of clients and a natural affinity with the spirit of JMc, California feels like a fitting new home for the brand. The store houses a complete collection of our Signature jewelry as well as its very own selection of Exceptional Stones.
The store echoes the distinctive interiors of our London and New York flagships, while introducing new elements that make the space entirely its own. Working with Johnston Cave Associates Architects, the team behind the restoration of our Madison Avenue store, we have created a space that feels more like a home than a traditional retail environment.
The façade is lacquered in our signature pea green, the colour of our distinctive jewelry boxes, while hand-printed wallpapers from historic French manufacturer Mauny give each room its very own character. British design is woven throughout, with pieces by Rose Uniacke, fabrics from Pierre Frey and Lee Jofa, and a striking central mobile by Amata Benedict.
California has always felt like a natural fit for our brand. There’s an ease and confidence to the way people dress and live here that really resonates with our jewelry. With South Coast Plaza, I wanted to create a space that feels like a little piece of our world, somewhere personal and unexpected, where you can take your time and enjoy the jewelry as much as we do.
